Yogurt Poppers

Yogurt Poppers

  • 2 Cups Yogurt
  • 2 Teaspoons Honey (always warm honey before adding)
  • 1 Cup Fruit of choice

Line a 12 cup muffin pan with small paper cupcake liners. Spoon the yogurt into a mixing bowl, add the honey and fruit choice and stir well. Spoon the mixture into the paper liners and freeze. Pop one out for a snack and enjoy on their own or top with more fruit, nuts, or granola.

Pro-Tip: Yogurt is a good calcium source and acts as a probiotic which helps balance bacteria in your system. Choose yogurts with live cultures including Lactobacillus Acidophilus and Bifidobacterium that are plain or lightly flavored.
