Good Morning Smoothie
- 1/4 Cup Ice
- 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Pineapple
- 1/4 Cup Strawberries
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/4 Fresh Turmeric Root, peeled and chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Chia or Flaxseed
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
